Conditions for browsing and using the XIE S.A. website.
Acceptance of the terms
These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the website https://xie.com.co (the “site”), owned by XIE S.A., identified by Tax ID (NIT) 830061684-1, with its address at Carrera 11 # 134B-33, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. By browsing the site, you accept these terms. To submit the contact form, you must also expressly accept them by checking the corresponding box. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you not use the site.
Scope of the site
The site is informational: it presents XIE S.A., its experience, and its civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure services, and offers a form for submitting business contact requests. No products or services are sold, no payments are made, and no user accounts are created on the site. The information published about services, projects, or capabilities is general in nature, does not constitute a commercial offer, and does not obligate XIE S.A. to enter into a contract. Any contractual relationship requires a separate agreement between the parties.
Permitted use and prohibited conduct
You agree to use the site lawfully, in good faith, and in accordance with these terms. In particular, you must not: a) provide false information or impersonate another person, company, or organization; b) use the form to send unsolicited advertising messages or content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of third parties; c) introduce viruses or any harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, systems, or databases of the site or of its providers; d) take actions that damage, overload, or prevent the normal operation of the site, including the use of automated programs to extract content or to submit forms in bulk; and e) use the site for any illegal purpose or for any purpose that harms XIE S.A. or third parties. XIE S.A. may block or discard submissions that violate these terms.
Contact form
By submitting the form, you declare that the information you provide is truthful and that, if you are writing on behalf of a company or organization, you are authorized to do so. If you include personal data of other people, you declare that you have their authorization to share it. Submitting a request does not create a contractual relationship and does not obligate XIE S.A. or you to enter into a contract. The processing of the personal data in the form is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy, for which you grant your authorization in a separate checkbox.
Intellectual property
The content of the site, such as text, photographs, images, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, design, and code, belongs to XIE S.A. or is used with the authorization of its owners, and is protected by Colombian and international copyright and industrial property laws. You may view it and share links to the pages of the site. Any other reproduction, distribution, transformation, or public communication of the content, in whole or in part, requires the prior written authorization of XIE S.A. or of the respective owner. Third-party trademarks and logos appearing on the site belong to their respective owners.
Links to third-party sites
The site may include links to third-party sites or services, such as social networks or maps. XIE S.A. does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices; their use is governed by the terms of each third party.
Liability
The information on the site is general in nature and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated data, and XIE S.A. may modify it at any time without prior notice. XIE S.A. does not guarantee that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free, and it may temporarily suspend the site for maintenance, security, or other technical reasons. To the extent permitted by law, XIE S.A. will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the site, from the inability to access it, or from decisions made based on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

The processing of the personal data you provide through the site is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy of XIE S.A., and the use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy. Both are published on this site.
Amendments and effective date
XIE S.A. may modify these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date, and it is effective from its publication. We recommend that you review it each time you use the site, especially before submitting the form. Effective date: pending approval.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes related to the use of the site will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, without prejudice to the powers that the law assigns to other authorities, such as the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce in matters of personal data protection.
